Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order, then 7-10 business days to receive your order. Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided after order verification.We only ship to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. During sales and holidays processing and shipping times may be longer. Your patience is appreciated.
We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.
Snooty Hair is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered/signed for all shipments will require a signature for delivery. All online sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges
All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation, due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any products. Lastly, orders can not be canceled or refunded due to delays in processing time.
We do not offer in-store pick ups for online orders. We do not rush orders please read order shipping policy in full before placing your order.
